Jeanne comes from a small town in the north of France, in Picardy.
After completing her studies in fashion design, she began working at Yves Salomon as a textile designer and then continued her career as a freelance stylist in Paris.

Shortly after, she moved to Biarritz and followed her instincts...
It was then that she moved into the field of mosaics.
Jeanne has always been creative, taking sculpture and painting classes after school for years.
She began mosaic work in 2020, with a desire to create something with her own hands. She first made a table, and the result was impressive! She then decided to embark on this crazy adventure and launched August 92.

A little technique…
To start a project,
Jeanne begins by sketching her idea on a piece of paper. And that's when the whole creative process can begin...
Once she has collected the cut pieces of wood, she begins sanding and varnishing. She then assembles the structures, lays the mosaic, and then applies the cement to seal the joints. She then meticulously cleans each piece.
