The cabinetmaker then begins a meticulous process: planing and thicknessing in order to shape the wood to perfection, eliminating imperfections and ensuring a smooth and flawless surface.
Every step is carried out with care, from the custom cuts that will shape the different parts of the chair, to the edging of the short sections, to ensure a perfect fit during assembly. The heart of the process lies in the assembly, where the cabinetmaker harmoniously arranges each piece. This work results in a durable and sturdy chair, ready to last for generations while retaining its original splendor.
Finally, the final touch is applied when the piece is finished. The wood is enhanced with a vegetable oil to reveal the natural beauty of the solid oak.
