Always in a desire to consume more responsibly, some of our items are available for pre-order.
What is pre-order?
The item is for sale on our website, but it is not yet in production. Once your order is confirmed, the artisan or designer will be able to shape and manufacture the pre-ordered item. This is done to limit inventory and produce only when there is demand. Pre-orders result in a certain delivery time since they are handmade and specially made for you.
All our other products are in stock, this is mentioned directly on the product sheet.
DELIVERY TIMES
For pre-ordered products, a manufacturing time is assigned to each item. Processing times are listed on each product page and may vary from one item to another depending on its complexity. Once the item is manufactured, Maison Marah handles logistics management, and packages are shipped within 24 to 72 hours.
For products in stock, we ship packages between 24 and 72 hours after validation of your order .
Delivery times vary between 2 and 6 business days depending on the carrier. From the moment the package is handed over to the carrier, compliance with delivery times is dependent on the carrier.
Delivery to mainland France only.
DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs are calculated based on the total weight of the package and are added to the product prices. For delivery to a collection point, the location is chosen after the order has been paid for.
Free pickup by appointment is available if you are in Toulouse. Please email us at bonjour@maisonmarah.fr to arrange an appointment and collect your order. The meeting point is the Alteria Immobilier agency - 1 place du poids public, 31320 Castanet-Tolosan. You will be asked to provide your order confirmation email, along with your ID.

PARCEL TRACKING
Once your order is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
You will receive a second email when your order is shipped, including your package tracking number.
You can also track your order in your “My Account / Order History” area.
RETURN & REFUND
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days (the date indicated by the carrier being the authoritative date). The product must be in its original packaging, unused and undamaged. You must ensure that fragile products arrive intact. Any merchandise that arrives damaged, chipped, or broken will not be refunded.
Shipping costs associated with returning an item are the responsibility of the customer.
If the ordered item arrives damaged, we will replace it or refund it if replacement is not possible. Return shipping costs are covered by Maison Marah.
